Set your Holiday Closures to avoid unnecessary order rejections and cancelations.
Closed for the holidays? Now you can set up recurring, full-day store closures for all major US holidays from within the ezManage settings tab, helping avoid last-minute order rejections and unwanted order cancelations. Watch our quick tutorial video below to see how easy it is to set up.
How to set up Holiday Closures
1. Log into ezManage, open the settings tab and select a store.
2. Scroll down to the Holiday Closures section and click the edit button.
3. Use the checklist, and select the holidays when your store will be closed.
4. Click "Save Changes" to apply your store's holiday closures.
5. You'll also be able to update your Holiday Closures from within your ezManage iOS app.
Temporarily Closed?
If you need to close your operation for an extended period outside of major holidays, you can use our Temporary Closures feature located right above the Holiday Closures section in the settings tab. Click here to learn how to set a Temporary Closure.
