This article helps manage your ezOrdering and Direct Entry customers to drive repeat business.
Click on Customer Management from the left-hand navigation. This will default you to the customer tab.
From this view, you can see a list of all the customers who ordered through your ezOrdering link attached to your website, or from offline orders, you entered through Direct Entry. You can also view and add notes about these customers.
If you need to create and send a quote to the customer, select "Create New Order" in the top right to use Direct Entry. If you do not have access to Direct Entry, please go here to learn more and request access.
