ezManage is the catering management software that is included as part of your partnership with ezCater. It allows you to view and manage your ezCater orders:

  • Accept Marketplace and ezOrdering orders. Request ezDispatch for these orders as needed.
  • View your payment history.
  • Take part in marketing programs, Preferred Partner and ezRewards.
  • Create promo codes for your ezOrdering links.
  • Use Direct Entry to create orders, and send payable quotes to collect payment for your in-house phone and email orders. You call also request ezDispatch for these orders. 
  • Manage your leads and customers.
