Where can I see order issues?

Open the ezManage completed orders tab to view any order issues

Catering Partners will now have the ability to see which orders had issues, helping you better coach and train your staff on best practices to avoid future issues. Watch our video to see how to access the completed orders tab, and where to find the issues column. 

 

On the completed orders tab, you'll now notice a column labeled Issues. This will show you any issues that were reported on the order. 

If you click on the order, the order details page will open and display any issues within the red box on the right side of the page. 

 The issues you have visibility into are:
  • Early or late delivery
  • Food didn't arrive
  • Missing food-Including which items were missing
  • Missing Utensils
  • Food not ready for pickup ( for ezDispatch orders)

If you'd like to dispute an order issue, please fill out the form with as much details as possible and our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
