Navigating ezManage

Orders

  • Accept new orders and request ezDispatch.
  • Confirm modifications to existing orders.
  • See a list or calendar view of all your past and upcoming orders.
  • Filter by status, source, and time period. View and print details of an individual order.

Operational Metrics

  • View your stores operational performance metrics on a 90-day rolling basis.
  • Quickly see if you're above or below our standards. Click on each metric to see how they're calculated.
  • Review  tips for optimizing your account to reduce rejections and increase customer satisfaction.

Payments
