Simplify your delivery operations with delivery QR codes
Every ezCater order without a delivery driver assigned now comes with a custom QR code at the top of the order printout. By scanning the QR code, you can assign yourself to the delivery, giving you easy access to your phone's navigation and the ability to call the customer from a masked phone number once you arrive onsite, helping improve your delivery performance. Customers will receive a text message once the assigned driver starts the delivery, giving them peace of mind their food will arrive on time. How it works:
- Scan the QR code on the kitchen printout.
- Tap to start the delivery and again once it has been completed.
- Real-time status updates go to the customer and into ezManage.
- Drivers also have the option to text the order number to 1-855-699-0551.
Customers get real-time delivery updates once the driver is on the way and again once the order is delivered successfully.
Drivers get order details on their phone, one-touch navigation, and phone number masking to reach the customer on arrival.
Managers get fewer phone calls, full visibility into delivery status, and set-up photos of the food (if taken).
