Preventing Fraud - Best Practices

Keeping your information secure is critically important. To help keep your ezManage account and email accounts secure, we encourage you to follow these best practices:

  • Set up a unique password for every third party account, bank account, email account, etc.
  • Do not share your ezManage login information with anyone. Please be aware that ezCater would never contact you to request your login ID or password.
  • Be wary of unexpected requests for personal or business information. Common scams mention security updates, account updates, and/or offers of free electronics, such as tablets.
  • Please be aware that all ezCater email communications are sent from the ezcater.com email domain.

If you receive any communications from ezCater you do not trust, please call 800-488-1803 to verify them.


There are some fraudsters impersonating customer service, asking for information to send you a tablet or to update your settings or bank account information. As a best practice, never give out login information or any banking / sensitive information to anyone over the phone or email.
