How do reviews work on ezCater?

Your ezCater star rating is calculated exclusively from our customers’ feedback on ezCater Marketplace, and ezOrdering orders. Customers are able to leave a review in their customer portal after their order has been fulfilled.

Unfortunately, we are not able to pull ratings or reviews from Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google, or any other website. 

We previously utilized Yelp and are currently in the process of removing Yelp reviews from our platform and partner reviews. This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of this month.
