Visit your Settings tab in ezManage.
You are able to update most of your own settings in the Settings Tab of your ezManage account.
Use the ezManage Settings tab to view your store details, contacts, hours of operation, and menu. Here you can request account updates and menu updates, or edit your store's parameters. View the videos below to see what changes you can make yourself.
Update Contacts
- Sign in to ezManage and go to the Settings tab.
- Click on the "Store Access" tab to update which stores a user can access.
- Use the "Permissions" tab to adjust which tabs appear in each user's ezManage portal.
- To update notifications, click on the "Notifications" tab.
Holiday Closures
Set up holiday closures within the settings tab to avoid unwanted rejections and cancellations.
1. To set up holiday closures, open the settings tab.
2. Click on holiday closures and select the dates your store will be closed.
3. Remember to save your changes.
Daily Order Capacity
Set your daily capacity to ensure you're not taking on orders you cannot handle.
- Open the Settings tab and scroll down to the Capacity Management section.
- Click the edit button to access your capacity settings.
- Use the drop-down menu beside each day to set your daily capacity. You can choose different limits for different days of the week.
- To turn the capacity limit on or off for a specific day, simply click the checkbox to set it to "no max".
- Once you've made your changes, click Save.
