How do I update my account settings?

Visit your Settings tab in ezManage.

You are able to update most of your own settings in the Settings Tab of your ezManage account.

Use the ezManage Settings tab to view your store details, contacts, hours of operation, and menu. Here you can request account updates and menu updates, or edit your store's parameters. View the videos below to see what changes you can make yourself.

 

Update Contacts  

You can update users and their permissions in the Settings tab of ezManage. Here's how:
  1. Sign in to ezManage and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click on the "Store Access" tab to update which stores a user can access.
  3. Use the "Permissions" tab to adjust which tabs appear in each user's ezManage portal.
  4. To update notifications, click on the "Notifications" tab.
You can also add new users and manage their access from this area. This allows you to control who has access to your account and what they can see or do within ezManage.

Holiday Closures 

Set up holiday closures within the settings tab to avoid unwanted rejections and cancellations. 

1. To set up holiday closures, open the settings tab.

2. Click on holiday closures and select the dates your store will be closed. 

3. Remember to save your changes.

Daily Order Capacity 

Set your daily capacity to ensure you're not taking on orders you cannot handle. 

To set your daily order capacity in ezManage, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Settings tab and scroll down to the Capacity Management section.
  2. Click the edit button to access your capacity settings.
  3. Use the drop-down menu beside each day to set your daily capacity. You can choose different limits for different days of the week.
  4. To turn the capacity limit on or off for a specific day, simply click the checkbox to set it to "no max".
  5. Once you've made your changes, click Save.
By default, we set a 3-order limit per day, but you can adjust this based on your business needs. This tool helps you manage your daily maximum capacity and avoid unwanted rejections.
Remember, when you reach your daily capacity limit, you'll receive a pop-up in ezManage. You can then choose to set a temporary closure or continue accepting more orders.
