In order for your menu to go live on ezCater, your page needs a banner photo. If you are not part of an existing brand on ezCater or do not send in a usable photo initially with your menu, your page will go live using a stock photo selected by our menu team. You can submit a photo you’d like us to use instead by filling out this form and you'll hear from us when it’s been uploaded or if it does not meet our requirements. The requirements for banner photos are the same as the photo requirements found here.

These banner photos work because they showcase a variety of offerings to customers, are bright, colorful, and they are taken further back to allow ample space for our system’s crop. Banner photos must only highlight the food and cannot display any text, logos, food prep areas or any other distracting elements.
