Direct Entry retirement FAQ

On June 1, the Direct Entry feature within ezManage will be retired and no longer available to view or utilize.

ezCater recommends no orders be submitted for fulfillment through Direct Entry after May 30. If you currently have orders in this feature for a date post June 1, please consider the following recommendations to avoid any disruption and order issues.

  • Transition to a new provider for Direct Entry services. You may contact partnersuccess@ezcater.com for a list of our recommended partners.
  • Modify the payment option for orders after June 1 to "External payment." You will need to contact your customer to manually receive and update their payment to avoid payment disruption.
