Customers can specify if they would like there order setup during the delivery.
When customers place their ezCater order, they'll now be able to specify if they would like the delivery driver to setup the food when its delivered. Basic setup generally means taking the food out of the bags and placing items out on the table so guests can quickly and efficiently begin their meal. Where can I find the customer set up preferences?
Orders Tab- Open your ezManage account. You'll be able to see the Setup required column in the list view when viewing your orders.
Orders details page- Open your ezManage account. Select an order from the orders tab. You'll be able to see the set up required field under the delivery details section.
Kitchen Print out- Open your ezManage account and select an order. Click the print order button. You'll be able to see the set up required field under the order details section.
