Where can I create an order report in ezManage?

Download detailed Excel reports of your completed or rejected orders to better understand your catering business and for forecasting.

Creating a Report

To create a report of your completed or rejected ezOrdering and Marketplace orders, open the Orders tab, click on Completed orders, and click the blue button that reads Generate Report

Step 1: Select the type of report you want to create – completed orders or rejected orders.

Completed order reports show data for orders fulfilled in the selected date range, including:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Store number and name
  • Event date and submission date
  • Food total
  • Delivery fee
  • Tip
  • Commission, tax, tax remitted by ezCater, and credit card fee
  • Adjustments, discounts, and misc. fees
  • Preferred Caterer program & ezRewards deductions
  • Caterer total due
  • Order status
  • Payment method
  • Order source — Marketplace, ezOrdering, or Direct Entry — and delivery method

Rejected order reports show data for orders rejected in the selected date range, including:

  • Order number
  • Store number and name
  • Event date and submission date
  • Rejection date
  • Rejection reason
  • Food total
  • Order source — Marketplace, ezOrdering, or Direct Entry — and delivery method

Step 2: If you have more than one location, select the store(s) you wish to create the report for by clicking on your selected store. It will be added to the box on the right.

Step 3: Define a date range by selected a start date and end date.

Step 4: Name your report.

Step 5: Click the Create Report button to generate your report.

Viewing Reports

Once your report has been generated, you click the download icon to save an Excel file of your report onto your computer. Download and view previously generated reports using the full list reports on your Reports tab.

How to view previously generated reports 

All reports are saved within your Reports tab in the completed orders section of ezManage. To view your report history open the completed orders section of ezManage > Click the Generate Report button > Then click the Back to Reports button to view your past reports. Use the icons beside each report to either delete or down the CSV report.
