The IRS - at the last minute - made a change to their rules for issuing 1099(k) forms. We originally expected to have a threshold of $600 and no order minimums for the 2022 tax year. That change has been delayed until the 2023 tax year. This means that catering partners will only be issued a 1099(k) form if they have done $20,000 in revenue AND 200 minimum transactions. OR If they live in a state with lower thresholds, they may receive a 1099(k).
If you haven't met this threshold, you won't be receiving a 1099k. However, you can generate a report of your sales from the Reports tab in your ezManage account.
