View live delivery tracking on all ezDispatch orders 15-minutes prior to the pickup time (Available on desktop only).
ezManage now offers live delivery tracking for orders with an assigned ezDispatch driver. The tracking link will appear 15-minutes prior to the delivery pickup time. Users in ezManage can view the order status, see the delivery driver name, and see their GPS location, helping you view the driver's live ETA and eliminate the need to take extra steps to connect with Customer Service. Where can I find the live delivery tracking link in ezManage?
To view the live delivery tracking experience, open ezManage on a web or desktop device and follow the tracking link in the order details. To get access to this feature you must be signed into an ezManage account. Once your logged into a web/desktop device, click into the order details page of the order you'd like to view. The link will not be available until 15-minutes prior to the pickup time. Once it's available, click on the green button to view the order progress. You'll also be able to view the tracking link from the Delivery Management section of ezManage.
Once you click into the live tracking link, you'll be able to see the order status, view the drivers GPS location.
