The ezCater Delivery API empowers restaurants that manage and augment their own in-house deliveries to send delivery event updates directly from their systems. The intent is to only pass through in-house tracking information through those avenues, as we move toward creating a consistent, verifiable delivery experience for all ezCater customers. Who this is for
Use the Delivery API if you:
- Manage your own in-house drivers, and
- Already use a driver tracking or delivery management system, and
- Want customers to see your real-time delivery updates within ezCater.
Before you begin
- New integrations: Please contact us before you start building so we can confirm eligibility and outline onboarding. Email apipartnerships@ezcater.com
- Existing integrations (add a new API user): Email integrations@ezcater.com
