Get your ezManage account holiday-ready with these six quick optimizations to reduce rejections, avoid overbooking, and keep deliveries covered.
1) Update your holiday hours and closures
Keep customers from placing orders when you’re closed by setting Holiday Closures (and use Temporary Closures for partial-day pauses).
- In ezManage, go to Settings, open Holiday Closures, select the dates you’re closed, then save.
2) Set up automatic acceptance
Use Auto‑Accept to automatically accept orders under a dollar threshold you choose; orders above your threshold will still be reviewed manually.
- Turn on Auto‑Accept in Store Settings (Daily Capacity Limits), choose your dollar threshold, and save.

3) Set capacity by daypart
Protect operations by limiting how many orders you take per day or by mealtime (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Choose to limit by daily total or by limits per meal, set values per day, and optionally enable automatic temporary closure when you hit your limit.
4) Get delivery coverage and tracking
Use ezDispatch to tap a network of professional drivers—Automatic, Configurable, or On‑Demand—so you can say yes to more holiday orders and get reliable delivery with tracking.
- Pick the mode that fits your operation and monitor delivery in ezManage.
5) Prevent surprises by setting appropriate lead times
Set appropriate lead times so you have enough prep time during peak days and avoid last‑minute stress.
- Update your lead time in ezManage Settings for each store to match your holiday capacity. Make sure your team has plenty of time to prepare for each order to ensure customer satisfaction.

6) Be mindful of maximum capacity (and pause if needed)
If you hit your max or need a break, use a Temporary Closure to pause order intake for a date range or specific hours—customers won’t be able to place orders during that window.
- Set the timeframe, save changes, and resume when you’re ready.
