In an effort to give our customers the most reliable experience we've made updates to the delivery time and replaced it with a delivery window. The customer requested delivery time is now exactly when the customer expressed they would like their food to arrive and be setup. The delivery window is the acceptable window for delivery that ezCater expects the food will arrive. Any order delivered outside of this window will be considered not on time. Where can I view the Customer Requested Delivery Time and the Delivery Window ?
you'll be able to see the new delivery window from the order details page. Simply open ezManage > Select a live order by clicking into it> View the delivery window from ezManage order page or click print order for your staff to see.
