Batch Delivery: How to Track Multiple Orders
These steps will walk you through how to provide tracking when delivering more than one order at the same time
Step One: Order Assignment
- You can be assigned as a driver on an order through ezManage or by assigning yourself to an order
- Once assigned, you'll receive a text message. Click the link in the text to view all of the order details and access the ability to provide tracking, either through a mobile web-browser or through the ezManage-Delivery app
Step Two: Track Each Order Separately
- Once you have secured all orders, go into your app or use the SMS links to access each order
- Click "Start delivery" or "I'm on my way" (mobile web) for both orders, to alert the customers that their orders are en route
- Deliver your first order and click "Delivery complete" or "Delivery is done" (mobile web)
- Pro tip: Provide feedback on the delivery and a photo of the order setup (setup photos only supported through app)
- Navigate to the next order:
- Go to the Scheduled tab in your app or
- In your web-browser, click the menu at the top and go to My Deliveries or
- Click the link in the text message to access the order
- Repeat the process as needed
