How do I send an invoice?
Shows how to send invoices to remind customers to pay against their house accounts.
Go to Customer Management then House Accounts, then click into the specific account you would like to collect against. All orders in the activity timeline will show as unpaid until you mark them as paid.
Select Generate Invoice in the top right corner, then you can select which orders you would like to invoice. Follow the steps to send your contact an email.
Your customer will receive an email with a link to their invoice. When they click View Invoice, they will see each order and the total amount owed. Once payment is received you can mark each order as paid.
