How will Reliability Rockstars be evaluated?
For your location to earn Reliability Rockstar status for the first time or maintain your status through the months, you will be evaluated on the last 3 months of your location’s performance on a monthly basis.
What does this mean?
- Your review cycle starts two months before the current month you are in.
- If you qualify, the badge will automatically show up on ezcater.com in the next review cycle.
- If you don’t meet the criteria, your badge will be taken away. You will always have a chance to earn it again for the next review cycle.
Each catering partner will be evaluated on a location-by-location basis. It is possible for some or all of your individual locations to simultaneously earn Reliability Rockstar status, but they will all be evaluated individually.
How do I keep track of each location’s performance?
Check the Reliability Rockstar tab in ezManage to find out how close each location is to becoming a Reliability Rockstar.
This scorecard will show each individual location's real-time performance for each program requirement.
